The purpose of this site
This website describes who we are and how we work. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to invest, or a recommendation to buy, sell or enter into any transaction.
We do not provide regulated advice
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice or legal advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as any of those. Overseas property and property-based opportunities are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
The value of property can fall as well as rise. Currency movements, local taxes, legal requirements and market conditions can all affect the outcome of a decision made abroad.
Before entering into any transaction you should obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice from a professional qualified in the relevant country.
Introductions to third parties
Where we introduce you to another professional, that person or firm is independent of us. They are responsible for their own advice, services, terms and conduct. We select the people we introduce with care, but an introduction is not a guarantee of any outcome and does not make us a party to any agreement you enter into with them.
How we are paid
We are transparent about how we are paid from the outset.
- Our clients do not pay us a fee for property introductions or support connected with their purchase.
- When a property purchase is completed, the local property firm we work with receives a commission from the seller or developer and shares an agreed proportion with us.
- We do not accept referral fees from lawyers or other independent professionals we introduce.
- Our local partners and independent professionals are selected for their experience, integrity and reliability, never simply because of the commission available.
If this arrangement ever changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
Accuracy of information
We take care over what appears on this site, but information about markets, locations and opportunities changes and may become out of date. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or free from error, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision.
